Stats that give detailed traffic?

I am looking for some sort of stats (free), whether it be a plugin or something else, which gives information on visitors.

For example, using wordpress.com stats plugin lets me know that someone searched for a certain term and ended up on my website.

However, I would like to know which search engine they used e.g. google, yahoo, or the website itself.

Any help?
