Support » Plugins » Stats Plugin – Getting Stats on by Post Title, rather then on the Home Page

  • I recently upgraded to Word Press 2.9.1 and upgraded to Word Press Stats to the current level (1.6.1). Previous to the upgrade, when I entered a new post on the blog, WordPress Stats would track the number of “hits” for that specific blog entry beginning with the day the article/entry was posted. Now on the day a new post is posted, the hits show up as “Home” not the actual blog post title. Once another blog entry is posted, the stats dashboard then will begin showing the hits from that day forward for the specific entry.

To clarify my problem as an example, let’s say that Post A is entered on 1/14 for the first time. On the stats dashboard, the views of Post A will show up as “Home” hits. If a new entry (Post B) is posted on 1/16, then I will begin to see Post A’s hits tracked separately. If I want to figure out the number of views for Post A, I have to maually add of the hits for the “Home” Page for 1/14 and 1/15, plus add them to the number of hits for Post A (which begin on 1/16).

How can I configure it to give me the stats on the Post title rather then the Home Page?
