I just migrated my self-hosted site from the old WordPress.com stats package to Jetpack…and now all my historical data is gone. This is a real problem and I will have to switch back unless we can get this resolved. Since Jetpack automatically disabled the old plugin, I was assuming this would just work.

What do I need to do here to make this work?

FWIW – I did notice that my blog ID has changed from stats_options to jetpack_options…brute-force changing that ID doesn’t work because of the API tokens (i disconnect from Jetpack, change the ID in SQL to the one from stats_options, reconnect to Jetpack, but it always changes the ID again). Can I revert to the old blog ID, which presumably was all my old stats?

    My website is http://www.kereport.com

FYI – If I setup Jetpack and connect it to wp.com then manually swap the blog ID to the one from WP-Stats, the stats page displays this error:

You are not a member of this site.
If you have just installed the WordPress.com Stats plugin, this error probably appeared because the API key entered in the plugin belongs to a different WordPress.com user account.

Would really appreciate any help here.

I had a look at your site, and it seems you previously used a different Site URL. When you updated from WordPress.com Stats to Jetpack, a new site ID was created, with your new site URL, http://www.kereport.com.

I made some changes to your account, and you should be able to get your old data back by disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com once again.
