 * Hello, is there any way to view in wordpress statistics about the number of cached
   files?
    The modified post and posts index page – clear cache for modified post
   and posts index page option for invalidation does not work at all. Is there any
   way to fix it? Thank you!

 * Currently there are no statistics built in, therefore only the cache backend 
   can give you something like this. One of the reasons for this is that I do not
   want to add any writes when the cache kicks in.

 * Probably, but I need more data than does not work.
    Can you please try to check
   what gets deleted from the cache for example?
