Maybe I’m wrong but it seems like the stats sums up for the month of March for all previous years – in this case for both 2017 and 2018.

We have been having similar types of issues with the stats (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/problem-with-3-months-stats-data/) although we have had no response yet from the developer.

Hi there and thank you both for the input and bringing this to our attention. We are looking into this further but from what we can tell it does just seem to be a bug with respect to how the stats are displayed, not getting the raw data correctly.

Will let you you know once we have resolution for this when a plugin update is released. Hopefully will get this done in the next week.

So where are we on this issue? Definitely ben longer than the week you mentioned.

We’re again seeing a single episode that’s listed in the three month aggregate stats as having roughly 80X – yes, 80 TIMES MORE – listens than the individual episode stats are showing.

I know you’ve been busting butt on new versions of the player and issues with that, but this stats thing doesn’t seem to be clearing up.

Hello @oleweb thank you for bringing this to our attention and your patience while we could allocate resources to look into it.

I am not able to replicate this problem on my podcast, so could I ask you to please send an email to hello@castos.com, so that I can dig into this a little deeper with you.

@kimstuart, I have also requested the same from you in your original support thread, thanks.

    Regards

    Hello
I have the same issue, than @oleweb, I have published a podcast in april 2017 and in the stats module it shows numbers in the last three month that is not coherent with real data I can find with the date filter. I think the last 3 months number show the months number without years.

    Hi @murrey35

Thanks for the follow up on this. As this is a bit of a time dependent bug we’ve actually not been able to reproduce this outside of the end of the month. We’re taking a look at this today and will hopefully get resolution for this issue and an update released shortly. Seems to only happen on the last day of the month.

Here it is a instant screenshot I’ve just made.

As you guess, the numbers error are in the last days of month.

Thanks for the update on this. We identified the exact issue yesterday and are completing our testing of the fix today and will release an update to the plugin early next week. Thanks so much @murrey35 for your input in the process.

Your plugin is really good, No pb to help you. I can also give a lot of ideas for future features on stats.
