    Hi Paul,

Your Stats page on WordPress.com is loading fine on my end. Clear your browser’s cache or try a different browser and let me know if that fixes your issue.

Facing the same problem after 5.5 upgrade. cleared cookies, manually synced with wordporess.com but result iş the same.

Checked in wordpress.com, ştats ok on that side, stats display correctly but not in admin page.

    chrome inspect console:

    Hi @fstat,

I tried that and still same issue. Here is a screenshot on Microsoft edge browser

I’m sure there is something wrong with this account because I have another wp account and I can see the stats on my dashboard.

The strange thing is that I have all the same settings on both.

Not sure what could it be

Let me know if you have any other suggestions.

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

    Hi @macmanx,

    Thanks for your suggestions.

I don’t believe the issue is the browser since I have two different websites and on one the stats work and the other one doesn’t.

I use Chrome Version 84.0.4147.125 (Official Build) (64-bit) and I also tried on Edge and Mozilla Firefox and still the same issue.

At this point I think is one of my plugins but the weird thing is that I use the same plugins on both of my websites and only one has the problem. I’m probably missing something.

    Best,

    Paul G

Disable all your plugins and see if the issue is resolved. If it is, then enable youur plugins one by one until you find the one that’s causing the issue.

    Hi @fstat,

    Thanks for your suggestion.

I tried that and found that the problem is the plugin ‘Health Check & Troubleshooting’ from WordPress.

Not sure what is causing the problem but when that plugin is active, Jetpack stats doesn’t load on the dashboard.

Very odd but I just checked and my other website doesn’t have that plugin and that is why is working just fine.

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

    Thanks,

Which version of that plugin are you running?

Also, that plugin is generally not designed for sustained use. It’s intended for a quick checkup or if you need Troubleshooting Mode. Most of what it offers is now in WordPress core under the Tools menu, no plugin required.

    Hi @macmanx,

Version 1.4.4 but I already deactivate the plugin and will delete now.

Thanks for your all help guys.

    Best,

    Paul G
