Hi @arjanolsder
Please Check Your Visitor IP Method in WP-Statistics Setting page.
if you are using Cache plugin in WordPress, Check using cache method in plugin and purge cache data.
Visitor IP is set to Use REMOTE_ADDR. There is no cache active. I have this plugin running on two websites. Both don’t report data since 13th of Oktober.
same problem here! on one website de-/reactivating the “using cache” option, saving permalink options and emptying the cache did the trick, but not for all sites! this here still has the problem, displaying 0 visitors for weeks now: http://www.hinweisgeber.at
Caching plugins used: Autoptimize & Comet Cache
@mehrshaddarzi, I am a paying customer. Don’t let me down here. I am willing to cooperate in any way. I need this fixed for my clients.
@mehrshaddarzi is it time for me to request a refund? You don’t seem to be interested in resolving this issue.
After submitting a ticket on the wp-statistics site, I got into a very short and weird conversation with Mostafa Soufi. As so, I requested a full refund via PayPal. Hope it will wake him up. I am convinced this product would have been a great product to use on many of my client’s websites. But it has to record visitors to do so…
I have had this problem for over half a year. I have tried to install, uninstall, install a old version, purge cache data… Nothing works. @mehrshaddarzi – what is your solution?
