 * My Analytify has been working perfectly for years but suddenly statistics are
   not showing. Why would this happen? Is there some way i can recover the lost
   stats?

 * Hey, [@lesabrams](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lesabrams/)
 * Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the stats
   not showing in Analytify.
 * This issue can sometimes happen due to an expired Google Analytics connection,
   property changes (like switching to GA4), or even caching conflicts.
 * Here’s what you can try:
    1. **Re-authenticate your Google Account:**
       Go to **Analytify → Settings → Authentication**,
       and re-connect your Google Analytics account to refresh the token. (Most probably)
    2. **Check the selected Analytics Property:**
       Make sure the correct property is
       selected under **Analytify → Settings → Profile**. If you recently moved to
       Google Analytics 4 (GA4), ensure it’s properly connected.
    3. **Use the Browser Console:**
       Open your browser console (press F12), reload the
       dashboard, and check for any errors. That can help identify what’s blocking
       the data.
 * Don’t worry: your historical data is stored securely in Google Analytics and
   will reappear once the connection is restored.
 * If the issue continues, feel free to open a [support ticket here](http://analytify.io/support/)
   with more details, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
 * Thanks again.
