    My burst statistics don’t show any visitors since a few days. I am sure there were visitors. Any idea how to fix this?

    Can you check if your site URL in settings/general is set to https, and not http?

    If it starts with http, please change to https, and save, and it should be fixed. If it is already https, for now, please go to Burst/settings, advanced, and disable “Merge tracking settings and script”.

    Hi Rogier,
    Yes, changing http to https solved the problem.
    Burst/settings, advanced, ‘Settings for tracking and script merging’ was (and still is) enabled.
    Can I leave this enabled or is it better to disable it?

    No, I always recommend this setting, but if you would still have issues, deactivating would also resolve it.

    As it’s now resolved, you can leave it enabled.
