# Statistics blank screen

 * When I click on statistics, the screen changes to blank, no statistics are visible.
 * All sent newsletters are marked as not sent, although they were sent…
 * The update 3.54.1 today does not change anything.
 * Any ideas?

 * Since the latest update by both WordPress and Mailpoet 3, I am having exactly
   the same problem. This just started! There seems to be a bug somewhere. Can you
   help?

 * I have contacted MailPoet. If you are using Safari, this may be the issue.There
   is a bug using the latest version of MailPoet with Safari. Using Firefox, I can
   access all statistics. MailPoet assures me that they are working on a fix.

 * thanks for the info! I just tested it with Chrome (under macOS) and there the
   statistics are displayed… 🙂
