    Hi, I’m using the free version of Newsletter Plugin. I sent a newsletter to subscribers under a certain list last week Jan 14 (thursday) & a duplicate of that newsletter on 15th (friday) and today Jan 18 (monday). Today, I noticed on the statistics, the original newsletter and its duplicates still has 0 reach & 0% open & clicks. Track clicks and message opening is set to YES on the newsletters. Does it really take a while to get reach, open & clicks? What is the basis of number of reach in the stats? What should I check or what might cause this? Thank you.

    ps: all are 100% successfully sent but in statistics all 0…

    Hi, send a test email at test [at] thenewsletterplugin.com, I’ll ask to check it. if tracking is active and links are rewritten and when click are correctly redirected to the final address, you probably have some other issue, or at database level (try to deactivate and reactivate) or a block on incoming “email opened” requests.

    Hi, I sent a test newsletter/mail on your email address for you to check. The mail comes from newsletter@magnuscreativemusic.ph (Magnus Creative Music). Currently, there are days that a certain newsletter has statistics and there are days which are all 100% sent but all in statistics 0. I’ll try to deactivate and reactivate the plugin and observe statistics on coming days. Thank you.
