• Hi Support,
The statistics graph is incredibly stretched and virtually unrecognizable as a graph – as seen on two different websites I have IP2Location installed. There’s a serious amount of scrolling required to get to the bottom of the graph. Is this a known bug?

Do you have a screenshot of the issue?

    Hi,

Here’s a screenshot. As you can see the scrollbar is very long. Let me know if there is a remedy for this.

May I know which version of the plugin you have installed?

I’m not able to reproduce the same issue from my side.

    Hi,
I just updated the plugin to 2.11.3 and the graph issue persists.

    Any help is appreciated.

I am having almost the exact same problem. The plugin has been installed for about 2 months and was working fine then out of nowhere the statistics page height has become incredibly stretched, there are statistics at the bottom but the graph is gone. I have made no changes.

Update, I just restored the database back to May 19 and there was no change in the statistics page. Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Barry

Can I know what browser are you using?

Do you able to show me a full screen screenshot to identify the issue?

I am using Firefox 60.0.1 (64-bit). I was going to send you the saved page but guess what? I opened the saved page to check it and the graph is there, the page is normal in the saved page. Something on my end is going on, I apologize for tying up your time. Thank you for taking time to reply.

You were right on, it is the browser. For some reason it just quit working as it was before. I have no idea why, I am very careful. That was the problem thank you.

    I’m using Chrome Version 67.0.3396.79.

And, I’ve tested it on Firefox 60.0.2 (64-bit), which actually looks worse – the entire graph is completely missing like @barrygen experienced.

Any help is much appreciated. Thx, Peter

Unfortunately, I’m not able to reproduce the same issue from my side. I will start working on this when more details are available.

Mine was a Firefox only issue. I cleared all the cookies and site data, clicked the help tab and restarted in safe mode with all the addons disabled. Now it is working normally. Evidently some addon automatically updated and caused the problem, its a guess. It is normal now.
