 * Hi,
    thanks for the great caching and speedup plugin. It increases my page load
   speed by seconds!
 * Unfortunately W3 Total Cache is not working properly with the Statify Plugin.
   This plugin is collecting click-statistics for my page without the need of a
   cookie, etc… to be completely data privacy conform as required in Germany. This
   is done, I hope I got it correctly, by the usage of a JavaScript which is executed
   while loading the page.
    By default this plugin is not counting clicks of users
   which are logged-in into the site. So the admin or other authors can navigate
   on the site without increasing the click-statistics. Currently the click-logging
   is working, but also the logged-in users are counted.
 * If I am disabling W3 TotalCache completely, these logged-in users are not counted
   anymore. If I enable the plugin it is not working again. Deactivating all features
   in an enabled plugin is also not working.
 * Currently I am using PageCache, JS-Minify, Database Cache, Object Cache, Browser
   Cache, Lazy Load und Fragment Cache.
    If I am disabling all these features in
   the “General Settings” view, the plugin shows, that it is “disabled”, but Statify
   is still logging the logged-in users.
 * Does anybody has an idea how I can fix this?
    Thanks and best regards Greendroid

 * Hello [@greendroid](https://wordpress.org/support/users/greendroid/)
 * Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
    Well, to
   be honest, this is weird. If all options are disabled in W3 Total Cache, that
   means that the plugin is not doing anything and therefore is not caching pages,
   DB, or minifying. So there are some things to investigate here. First, make sure
   that you are not using any other caching solution like server-side caching or
   any other caching plugin. Next, make sure that the caching is disabled for logged
   in users in Performance>Page Cache. If you are using minify, you can try to exclude
   a specific JS from being minified in Performance>Minify>Advanced>”Never Minify
   following JS files” since the data is being collected with javascript. I’ve tried
   to find any trace of compatibility with the caching plugins and Statif plugin
   but I was unable to find anything. Have you tried reaching out to their support
   asking if the plugin is compatible with the caching plugins? Thanks!

 * Hi,
    thanks for your quick response. Yes, this situation is really weird and
   currently also not known by the developer of the Statify Plugin. We are in discussions
   there also (in German: [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/admin-besuche-und-eigene-ip-wird-geloggt/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/admin-besuche-und-eigene-ip-wird-geloggt/)).
 * Are there perhaps some persistent changes in the htcaccess file or something
   else which is not changed back when the features are disabled? Only the disabling
   is then changing these things back?
 * Currently I cannot see any other caching plugin or server configuration and I
   have activated the option, that logged-in users shall not see any cached pages.
 * Thanks for your support, I will try to debug further.
    Best regards Greendroid

 * Hello [@greendroid](https://wordpress.org/support/users/greendroid/)
 * Thank you for the information.
    I would suggest to try disabling all W3TC settings
   in performance>General settings. Next check the. Htaccess file and manually remove
   all w3tc rules. Also manually delete the wp-content/cache/ folder. Next make
   sure that caching is disabled for logged in users in Performance>Page Cache,
   and disable minify for logged in users also. Make sure to save all settings.
   Next, re-enable the settings one by one, save all settings and purge the cache
   after each setting is enabled and see which option might be causing this. Thanks!

 * Hi,
    Now I got the time to experiment a little bit with the plugin. Unfortunately
   your suggestions have not changed anything.
 * After your test I have deleted the complete plugin, removed then the cache folder
   and the w3tc-config folder as well as checked the htaccess file (was clean already).

   After that I reinstalled the plugin and configured it from scratch (I have not
   used the saved settings). Now Statify is working as expected.
 * Thanks for your support!
    Kind regards Greendroid
