# Static Slide Content Not Saving

 * Hi,
 * When I go to Static Slide Content, click the ‘Edit content’ button, I get the
   pop up and can make changes to the content, however when I click ‘Save & Close’
   it doesn’t save.
 * I have tried disabling all plug ins, but no joy.
 * Other settings in the Customize menu still work.
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 * Thanks.

   make sure you are in the “Visual” tab of the editor and then click the “Save &
   Close” button.
