What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

I am using the Compare theme from themeforst, demo here
I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial themes here.

Edit: Also re-iterating what Esmi said, we don’t support commercial products here. 😉
I am trying to make my second level menu items drop down and remain there when I click on the menu item (and push the rest of the page down.)
Menus in WordPress don’t typically work that way.

That sort of additional work is normally handled by the theme or via a plugin.

You can try and explore the plugins but that may not be what you are looking for.
If it’s a theme issue (I don’t think it is, I think you just want a custom behaving menu) then try contacting the theme author for support.

The theme author may have a solution for you.

Apologies, I thought it would be a generic function of WordPress, not a theme-based thing.
Thanks, will do!
