static page post page doesn't work

Hey,

Do you perhaps know if there is a chance that your theme could present static page and last posts as well? I know it is possible and I think I have done everything correctly.

Reading -> Front page display -> A static page and then I choose two pages which the second one is blank. Unfortunately, it is not working:-)
