Static page On, and the Blog page = Plugin Fail?

Hi,

I’ve got my blog up and running with a static Welcome page at http://www.christophercox.co.uk – but I’m trying to use Digg Digg (floating social share) and nrelate (‘you might also like’ engagement) and they don’t show up on the Blog page, or any blog pages found through going via the ‘older’ or ‘earlier’ links.

I’m running on 3.6 with Twenty Thirteen theme so very up-to-date.

I do get Digg Digg and nrelate if I go to a specific blog post, but on a pageid page (such as my current http://www.christophercox.co.uk/?page_id=15) or siblings either way of ‘Earlier Posts’ or ‘Older Posts’, neither of those rather nice plugins show up. But here, at http://www.christophercox.co.uk/?p=69 they do.

Any ideas? Happy to have this move to the right topic if this isn’t it – I’m 100% new here.
