static landing page leading to two different posts pages

My site has a static landing page with buttons to go to writer A’s content or writer B’s content. In the reading settings, how do I declare 2 pages as being the posts page?

It is important that each writer has their own page template, and not just sorted by categories/tags, because each uses different plugins/plugin settings.
