Static Home Page problems

    I am creating a beta site in a folder on my personal server at http://jamieboepple.com/prettytough/.

    I want the homepage to be the current page “All About The Ladies,” and I would like “Home” to disappear from my navigation list.

    I already went to Settings > Reading and made the static front page “All About The Ladies” and the posts page “Blog.”

    What can I do to remove “Home” from the navigation? The “Home” page doesn’t appear in my Pages module in the back end, so I can’t delete it there. I’ve seen in other forums that I should go to header.php or sidebar.php to find a line of code that says “exclude=5” or whatever post IDs I want, but I can’t find the duplicate “Home” page’s ID.

    the theme I am using is Big Easy from WooThemes. I don’t know if it’s something in their theme programming, or if it’s because I’ve installed this theme on a subfolder of my server.
