Static front page not found

I am new to wordpress so I really don’t know what I’m doing. My static front page says it is not found. No matter which page I make as the static front page it still shows up with the same message. I have tried switching themes and deleting all of my plugins and that has not worked. I have also have added content to the page and it won’t show up unless I remove it as static front page.
