Static front page invisible in next sessions

    Good afternoon.
    I run a website with WordPress and I would like to know how can I make a static front page that will be visible just once, unless the visitor cleans up his browsing history and cookies.
    The idea is that, next time that the visitor will enter my website, he/she will jump directly to another page, jumping the welcome message page, as he doesn’t need to see it anymore.
