  • Hopefully third time lucky
Two previous threads have touched upon this problem without finding a solution.

Ordinary html tags entered in WordPress editor work fine in the editor
It also works fine when previewing the page in Appearance->Settings

HOWEVER, in the live site all formatting vanishes and leaves all text portions as one big one

  • I really need help on this.
I m about to go live, but won’t until this problem has been solved

    I can add:

Even if this static front page has NO <more> in the text, I still see — Read more…> in the browser
When clicking on it I get the same full text once again

    Problem solved

I run into the same problem. Could you please let me know how you get the problem solved?

Trugge, how did you solve the issue? I’m having the same problem.

I solved it by changing it to summary, save and publish. then changing it back to full text, save and publish.
