Support » Plugin: Better WordPress Minify » Static files distributed via CDN are not minified.

  • As I recently decided to try using a CDN, I added the following in my wp-config:
    define(‘WP_CONTENT_URL’, ‘http://cdn.mydomain.com/wp-content’);

    wp-content files are still located at the same place from the directory point of view, no file were moved, but those files are now accessed via the cdn subdomain that deals with the caching job.

    However, any file served via the CDN (that is to say most of the theme and plugin images, sprites, js, css…) are not minified anymore and served separately, although they are server in one query and minified when the CDN is not used. Only some wp-include file are still minified.

    Is there a possibility to include the CDN content into BWP-minify scope?

    Using WP 3.6 and BWP-minify 1.2.2
