# Static blog template

 * Hello,
 * I have a wp site with static home and blog page. question is how can i apply 
   template to a blogpage? applying one to the page that is displaying posts doesent
   seem to work and its just grabbing the index.php file

 * So you have set up your site with a static homepage and a separate blog page?
 * You should be able to apply a template to the page you specified the “blog” page.
   Go to WP_Dashboard > Settings > Reading > and look at the Front Page Displays
   section.
 * Whichever page you specified your “Blog” page is the page you want to apply the
   template.
