State on Off on plugin Activation

    Hello,

    Is it possible for you to make the state on “Off” on plugin activation please ?
    Each time I install the plugin the state is on “On” and displaying a non-designed Maintenance page.

    I get your point but by now people are used to having it turned on whenever it activates so if we change it others will complain that it’s off when activated. So, we have to leave it as it is, sorry 🙁
