may I know the plugin have state of VietNam country ? I’d to setting the state for VietNam on wooecommerce

This plugin uses the states that WooCommerce ships with.

Does WooCommerce have the states of Vietnam?

yes bro,
I didnot find the state of VietNam when setting flat rate per State/Country/Region

WooCommerce does not include Vietname states so it’s impossible for our plugin to use them.

@hitdlu you can use this link for add the missing states https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/addmodify-states/

It works for Me. Thanks to @webdados Marco with his answer I realized that the problem was in woocommerce.
