The page is showing an error in a Google page tracker script. Sometimes one javascript error can stop other javascripts from running properly.
Your Google page tracker function is not working, so try deactivating or disabling it. I think you will have the Google Analytics plugin, see if there is a setting for it in there. Otherwise temporarily deactivate that plugin and see if the checkout page is working.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I disabled the Google analytics plugin but this didn’t fix the problem unfortunatelly.
It seems like when hitting F5 to refresh the page on the checkout page the “state” dropdown appears for half a secon and then disapears.
The other issue when I select “shipping to any country” in the checkout page the dropdown to select a country looks completely screwed up?
I can still see the page tracker error, but I can now see the Australian states drop which is and remains working.
Do you have any template overrides? If so, they will be listed at
Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status – Template overrides section which is at the bottom of the page. If so, these may need updating as there have been changes to WooCommerce in recent months.
If not, please come back.

Hi Lorro,
I had all my plugins updated but WP itself was one minor version behind.
As it turns out the drop down uses a standard word press function and not a Woocommerce function.
After updating WP itself it started working.
Thanks for your help with this.
I still have google analytics disabled, I will have to get someone to look into the page error for me.
Thanks again
