State drop-down list missing D.C.

    Plugin seems to be working well for me so far as I set it up, but when I was adding addresses of my members I noticed there is no District of Columbia or Washington DC in your state drop down list. There’s Washington state, but no DC. I need it! Hope I’m not just imagining this but I’ve looked it over a few times. Thanks for any help.
