State and ordering issues

    My client uses WP ecommerce and we have noticed over the past two months a couple of issues:
    1. When a customer puts in their address, the city will show up on the email confirmation but the state wont show up. And the state is required to fill out the form.
    2. Customers are ordering 4 or 5 items, but only 2 or 3 items are actually making it yo my client. Then the customer complains because they ordered and paid for 4 or 5 items and only get 2 or 3.

    I really need some help with this, and probably need someone to go in and check the code. please help!
