Stat mail reports and onscreen number do not match

    Probably I am not computer savvy enough to “get it”, but I receive activity reports per mail, in which all numbers are 0. Checking the numbers in my dashboard I find 1600 page views and 350 visitors. Both cannot be right at the same time. This is very confusing (for me!) and therefore not helpful at all.

    We’ve checked the email delivery system and the reports are being sent correctly without any issues. That said, we understand the confusion caused by seeing zeros in the email while your dashboard shows different numbers. We are currently reviewing this behavior and testing it on several demo sites.

    To help us investigate further, could you please share a screenshot of the report email you received? That would help us identify the issue more quickly.
