 * The following appears at the top the site and I can’t figure out what is wrong.
   Please advise:

   using another theme.

 * Without testing this, there is a resolution to get this to function with your
   current setup.
 * An alternative to ‘filetime’ would be ‘getlastmod’
 * Using your file editor, find line 90 and replace ‘filetime’ with ‘getlastmod’

 * The latest theme update from Dec 10 includes a path resolution as stated on the
   page and the support help desk – download from your TF account and paths are 
   to be resolved. This is due to some path alterations in WP 3.3 for jQuery scripts
   in the wp-includes folder.
