 * Hello, being a nube, completely at this, if I go live to play with and learn 
   wordpress can I go back to square one and start over once I feel like I have 
   the hang of this program…?

 * you can install wordpress in a test folder on your host and later move it where
   you want it or delete it and start again
 * you could also play with it on your computer similarly
