# Starting from scratch.

 * I’m trying to build a website with WordPress. However, I don’t want anything 
   on the site during the development process; just a blank site where I can create
   my own elements, stylesheet and scripts. Is this possible to do within WordPress?
 * I don’t want to have to develop something off-site, according to WordPress ‘best
   practices’ because that adds additional effort having to scour through their 
   documentation and learn their requirements for markup and whatnot whilst trying
   to build something at the same time.
 * Is this possible?
