  • I have been using the free plugin for Woo for several years now. It has been super helpful for keeping the tracking numbers on the order, adding the tracking to the customer emails, and adding tracking to the order history page.

    I just found out there was a paid service that could be tied into this. I have been using it a couple of weeks. It is providing additional status emails to my customers, as well as SMS text messages. I am able to see all tracking by category in one spot in their backed website, and my customers can now track their packages by Order number. For a small monthly fee, I now am able to provide much functionality and communication to my customers. “Where is my order” is always a big question from my customers, and this service has really helped in providing automation to answer that for me.

    I have had a couple of support tickets I submitted, and had quick responses. I am overall very happy with the functionality and support.

    I would like one feature to be added though. I have many instances where I need a tracking number per item in an order, and currently in the woocommerce integration, I can only add one per order. I can add additional tracking in their site, which is helpful, would just eventually want to have it integrated into the plugin. Thanks for the great tool, it makes me look like a larger company.
