    Nice to see you again.

    This is highlighted because it is on valid markup.
    also you have used obsolete element attribute like align, width.
    inside p tag you can not use hr tag. you can add it after p tag.
    you can do give try with div instead of p.

    Just add hr in in-between p in editor.

    Or remove all the code and paste your code.

    Mozilla document says:

    Tag omission: The start tag is required. The end tag may be omitted if the p element is immediately followed by an address, article, aside, blockquote, div, dl, fieldset, footer, form, h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, header, hr, menu, nav, ol, pre, section, table, ul or another p element, or if there is no more content in the parent element and the parent element is not an a element.

    So there are no need to end on p if you have used hr.
