Support » Plugin: Easy Appointments » Started fine, now broken and author not working on it

  • This is really sad. When I first installed this plugin I was impressed: it seemed well designed, mostly it did what I needed, and, above all, it worked. I then paid up for the connect extension, which never worked properly for ics appointments, which is all I really need from it and soon after that, but not I think because of that, the main plugin started giving everyone appointments that are an hour out from what they want. I have reported both issues to Nikola Loncar who seems like a nicer person but he is not, several weeks into this saga of malfunction, seeming to be any nearer to fixing things. I really hope he will but I can’t go on not flagging up the issue to potential users. At the moment (11-Dec-2019) I would not recommend using this plugin.
    [Updated 27/2/20] Connect plugin remains broken and causing missed appointments so I’ve switched it as developer is not replying to message and appears to have blocked me from his forum. Strongly recommend you avoid this plugin.

    Hi @psyctc sorry to hear that, lately there were just too many regarding some big improvements that are coming soon. Can you please tell your’s issue was mismatch between ICS time and time of appointments in EA? If you want we can try again to fix things for you.

    Nikola. I have repeatedly told you what is wrong by Email and you’re not fixing it. The plugin should use the time zone of the calendar, it is causing people to get ics confirmations an hour out from the actual time. I have even told you things you could do to fix it. Please do so.
