# Start/stop time not saving

 * Whenever I enter start/stop times and then save the opportunity, it then adjusts
   both times back 7 hours. I have messed with the WP time settings (going with 
   UTC, UTC+7, as well as going with a local time zone), but none of that seemed
   to fix anything. Am I missing something here? Thanks

   You’re definitely not missing anything. Usually when we see this it’s related
   to a conflicting plugin or theme, but not always. Would you mind trying a few
   things for us?
    1. Update all of your plugins, especially the volunteer management plugin, to the
       newest version if you haven’t already.
    2. Update WordPress to the newest version (4.9.6) if you haven’t already.
    3. Switch to the default Twenty Seventeen theme and try to save a volunteer opportunity
       again. See if that fixes the problem. When you’re done testing please switch
       back to the theme you’re using now.
    4. Deactivate all plugins except for the volunteer management plugin and see if
       that fixes the problem. Make sure to reactivate them when you’re done testing.
 * If none of those fix the problem let me know and we can discuss taking a look
   at the admin of your site to see what’s going on.

 * Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
 * Unfortunately I am working with a live site that doesn’t have a staging site,
   so I don’t feel comfortable disabling plugins/themes that are kind of core to
   our site’s functions. I guess I’ll just try the plugin again in the future to
   see if it’s working correctly, or just enter a time and subtract 7 hours so it
   pops back in to the correct time to compensate for this bug.
