Start Now button disappears after it’s been clicked the first time

    After a user clicks the “Start Now” button, it does not reappear after logout/login. A link to their course is visible from their profile but the start now button does not show up again on the class lading page. This prevents them from entering the course content area. For free classes if you open their landing page in a new incognito session the Start Now button will reappear.

    There’s also no Start Now for the class creator

    Hi techstacy,

    Thank you for reaching out and for providing the screen capture along with the course link.

    After reviewing the issue, we noticed that the course you mentioned has the Offline Course feature enabled in Course Settings. When this feature is active, students will not be able to take the course online. This is an intended function, and it has been noted in the feature description.

    To allow users to access the course online as expected, please disable the Offline Course option, and they should be able to enter and study the course normally.
