# Start chat button process in 2 steps

 * Dear all
 * I have the following issue. When a user wants to start the chat it happens the
   following:
 * > 1st click > It displays a popup which has a “start chat” button
    > 2nd click
   > It displays another popup which has a “start chat” button
 * How could i avoid to have a repetitive process? I would like that users could
   enter the chat with only one click. Is that possible?
