 * My kid made the mistake of blocking ALL countries from front, and backend, and
   now nothing can be changed.
 * I uninstalled the plugin….but this didn’t help.
 * Solutions?

 * If you removed the plugin the plugin cannot do it’s job anymore.
 * It sounds a bit like you have a caching solution in place. That could be another
   caching plugin or an external caching solution.

 * Yes, there’s a cache solution working from our host. I purged but still not allowing
   me to start over on my kids site.

 * If the plugin was removed it will not work anymore. So iQ Block Country cannot
   be the culprit here I am afraid.
 * So if you really removed the plugin I am afraid I cannot be of much help and 
   you might want to check with your webhosting provider.
