WordPress 5.2.4 running Avada Child theme.

I am using the grid shortcode below in the fusion builder.

    [cusrev_reviews_grid count="3" show_products="true" product_links="true" sort_by="date" sort="DESC" categories="" products="" color_ex_brdr="#ebebeb" color_brdr="#ebebeb" color_ex_bcrd="" color_bcrd="#fbfbfb" color_pr_bcrd="#f2f2f2" shop_reviews="false" count_shop_reviews="1" inactive_products="false"]

here is a screen shot of how the stars are displaying,.

The website is not visible to the public or I would include a link.

They are displaying correctly elsewhere. It only seems to be a problem with the shortcode.

Hey squeeky did you find a solution to this?

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

This problem is most likely caused by the fact that your theme does not include the standard WooCommerce font for showing stars. You can confirm it by activating an official WooCommerce or WordPress theme (e.g., https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) and checking how stars will be displayed.

If you make your site online and share URL of the page with the problem, I’d happy to have a look as well.
