Stars are not showing properly

Hi, it seems to be a great plugin. But for me its been impossible to make it work as it should on my theme (Evolve). I do not where to start looking for errors. But I tried with tentwentyseven theme and it worked properly. The stars show at first when the page is loading, but then after all tha page is loaded they are shown as exclamation and question marks blinking. Its pretty weird. I would really appreciate the help on this one.
