Starbox fields don't show if updating profile on frontend

I’m using Theme My Login to allow users to edit their profiles from the front end of the site.

Starbox looks fantastic, but its fields do not show up on the front end, and I absolutely don’t want users to have to go to the admin side to update profiles.

I also saw the suggestion here to insert a shortcode to allow people to edit on a per post basis:

That is not a feasible solution for me. Any ideas on how to make Starbox fields show up on the front end? Thanks!
