star wars the old republic – huttball

    Recently EA made the announcement of Huttball , a kinda ingame football for the upcoming MMO Star Wars : The Old Republic (SWTOR).

    For the moment it isn’t much more than a single battleground intended for some PVP fun , its the only place one can be in a team with members from the other faction (Republic and imperial mixed).

    After seeing some Footage from Gamescom i am conviced that this will grow in something more in the feature. Such as spectator mode to matches , more huttball battlegrounds and a sort of compettion with leaderbords (kinda of an arena system).

    I thought it would be cool to have one website to collect news about Huttball and give Tips and Tricks and hopefully in the feature more things like Reports on some epic battles etc.

    Thus i created the website http://www.huttball.com

    I would like to hear what you think about the layout and looks of the website ! Does the color scheme say “star wars” to you ?

    It defiantly has a space feel to it. I’m not sure about the yellow and red colors though as it quite a harsh combination. Maybe look at using a more complimentary color scheme.

    I would add a register page so other users could post Also a forum for star wars related discussions also great for content building

    i added a forum and made it possible to register now. i am looking for some more feedback on the colorscheme.

    also, how do you think the forum skin matches the website ?
