I was testing the polldaddy star ratings, and have voted on several instances on our website.
Before I let my colleagues test it as well, I went ahead and reset the respective rating votes on polldaddy.com.
However, now I can’t vote anymore. Hovering over the stars works, clicking works, I’m still getting the “Thank you!”, but then all stars remain blank and no votes got counted.
I tested this extensively. We have a lot of rating instances on one page, and exactly those ratings where I resetted the votes, don’t work anymore.
Is this a known bug? I didn’t find anything by searching for the issue.
I also contacted Polldaddy support, but would like to get this solved as soon as possible. What can I do?
Did you get the problem fixed? Are the ratings in your Polldaddy account? You can check your options table for options named pd% for the ratings ID of each of the pages, comments and posts. Make sure those match the ones in your Polldaddy account.
