    I am unable to get the Star Cloud PRNT working, tried the released v1.12 from the plug-in downloads and also the two zip betas dated 20200630 and 2020070.

    Wordpress version is 5.4.2
    WooCommerce version is 4.3.0

    The printer has been updated to the latest 3.1 firmware and the URL is correct as once enabling the CloudPRNT service in the settings, the printer is shown once the first 60 second interval is reached and each poll thereafter.

    No prints are produced when creating a new order or by printing an existing order through the new features in the beta versions. When printing an existing order the print is added to the print queue but never serviced.

    The website uses HTTPS with a trusted certificate and I am seeing no errors

    @lawrenceowen The printer has been working up till Oct. 1 8:56 AM. The printer has needed to be reconnected to the woocommerce plugin several times but after following the setup video on youtube it has always rebooted and started working again. This last time it has stopped working completely. I uploaded the beta plugin this morning and that one is not working either.

    @lawrenceowen When I save on the ip address site for the star printer it just spins. Also the printer it says is connected is a different version that the one connected. Our printer version is the TSP650 II and the one on the ip site under Device Info says TSP654. Dont know if any of this is relevant but I hope it can help solve the problem.

    @trigvehagen for an official support channel in the US, please visit https://www.starmicronics.com/Supports/SupportTechnical, I am based in UK and this is not an official support channel, although I do try to keep an eye on it.

    But, a few pointers that may help:
    – If the printer seems to unregister, then it means that files that store the connected printer details were deleted from the wp-content/star-cloudprnt folder on your web server. Please make sure that you don’t have a separate “system cleaner” style plugin that may be removing files that it doesn’t know about. If this is a regular occurrence then it sounds like something is happening.
    – The TSP650 is that family name for the TSP654 model, so don’t worry, that different is not important, both are ways to refer to the same product.
    – If the printer is not re-connecting with your web site, then that would indicate that it is not able to get network/internet access. Please print a self-test to ensure that it is getting a local network IP from your router. Also please make sure that the PC/tablet/phone that you use to connect to access the printer is connected to the same local network.

    As long as your web site address hasn’t changed then there should be no need to re-enter the URL in the printer, it will constantly re-try to communicate with your site. But you do need to make sure that the printer has working internet access.
