CRM Perks’ gravity forms salesforce plugin is an extremely well-architected tool that offers a lot of configuration flexibility, enabling you to handle almost any situation you can conceive.

We were having some issues with form spam. So we implemented Akismet Anti-Spam with Gravity Forms, and that worked well to flag malicious submissions – but even after being flagged, some of those spam messages still were being passed to Salesforce through the plugin.

CRM Perks was extremely responsive in showing us the configuration options to prevent that spam from passing through their plugin once flagged. This experience was perhaps the best customer help response we’ve had for any plugin that we’ve ever purchased. Clearly, CRM Perks is passionate about wanting their clients to get the most out of their products.
