Standard VPS service and customer support

I have used Bluehost for 3 years. I was using the shared hosting service and was generally happy with the service. After having a few issues their support staff convinced me I needed to upgrade to their Standard VPS service. My experience with it and their support has been HORRIBLE. My sites have not been up for more than a few hours at a time over the past month. It destroyed my sales on Black Friday. I am most upset with their customer support. I have sent in numerous tickets and all they do is reboot my server. I was told their was an electrical issue with the server but they refused to move me to a different server. Then I was told there is a memory issue. I cant even access my sites to try to make changes. I asked if I should upgrade to a server with more memory and their reply was a link to a sales page. SERIOUSLY crappy support. I need to find a new hosting company but I cant even access my sites to move them. I am VERY UNHAPPY with Bluehost.
