• In the list of posts on my admin page my under the title of my most recent post, and above the options to edit etc, the word “-standard” appears. That does not appear with regard to any of the other 30 or so posts on the blog. I don’t know that it is a problem, but I have no idea where it came from and that troubles me.

I am using the choco theme and the latest WordPress SEO by Yoast. The post is at http://wp.me/p1yA95-6o

    Thank you,

    Len

Same here, the word “Standard” under one blog post’s title.

Doesn’t seem to affect functionality at all. Still:

Has the issue been resolved? Any solution?

I too noticed this happening. It may or may not have been a post I updated with the iPad app. I can’t remember. However, I was able to fix it.

From a traditional web browser, open your post to edit. In the right column you should see a box titled Format. It was set to standard (obviously) for this particular post. However, I noticed there were TWO radio buttons labeled standard to chose from. I selected the other one and updated the post. The second standard option disappeared, and the standard label in the All Posts lists also disappeared.

Yes, any app use XML-PRC, like iOS WordPress, or other blogging app will show standard
But I am not sure how to cancel it, there’s not box named Format in my WordPress
