Standard Image Sizes

    Is there recommendation on what the standard image sizes should be for the various modules that support them?

    For instance I’m on the Products area, I select the ‘featured image’ and it’s too big (parts get cut off) or too small (granular) when it appears on the homepage. I have spent a few cycles trying to get it right. It would be great if say all images for News should be X in height or Y in With or 300 x 400. All images for Products the same etc. Rather then having to spend continuous cycles going back and forth re-sizing to try to get right.

    Any guidance would be appreciated. Many thanks.

    Hi there,

    It belong to the WooCommerce plugin, it auto generate the 300 x 300 for product thumbnail. So you need to upload the image larger than 300×300. Also you can see their setting : https://cl.ly/3W2q3K121C2Y

    For about other sections :
    – the hero image size larger than 850px wide.
    – about image size larger than 350px wide.
    – team member image size larger than 300px wide.
    – News image size larger than 150px wide.
